在1000攝氏度大火的燃燒下,表面涂了阻燃涂料的家具不起火不起煙,只是漸漸發黑。近日,由中國科技大學教授汪志勇創辦的南京通源新材料科技有限責任公司,研發出了一種環保阻燃涂料,可以有效避免火災蔓延,為救援贏得時間。 汪志勇現任中國科大化學與材料學院副院長,2013年來寧創業,入選南京321人才。汪志勇和他的團隊開始研發一種新型阻燃劑,原料用的是環保淀粉。最近,他們將這種阻燃劑添加進涂料中,再調節涂料的成分比例,制成阻燃涂料。記者看到,這種阻燃劑有固體和液體兩種,固體呈白色粉末狀,而液體就是透明的水樣。固體可以加入涂料中做成阻燃涂料,而液體可以用來泡各種棉布類產品,目的都是阻燃。 將該阻燃涂料涂過的木板和一把木條用核心溫度是1000攝氏度火槍做燃燒試驗,在大火燃燒10min后,木板和木條并沒有被引燃,而是漸漸發黑,幾乎沒有煙,阻燃性能優異。 目前,該產品已經申請四項國家發明專利和一項PCT國際專利,已進入市場推廣階段。中國科技大學圖書館已經率先試用該產品,而安徽、四川等地煤礦也準備試用。不過,汪志勇坦言,對于這種新生產品,市場推廣還有很長的路要走!斑@種環保阻燃油漆和目前市面上環保高檔涂料價格差不多,但因為是防患于未然的產品,不少人還認識不到這種產品的重要性!蓖糁居抡f,他們正在和有關部門洽談,看能否像工廠、賓館要用防火涂料一樣,列入國家強制性標準。
汪志勇,1962年生于安徽蕪湖,F為合肥微尺度國家實驗室和中國科大化學系教授,現任中國科大化學與材料學院副院長。1992年中國科學技術大學博士畢業,1997-1999期間先后在University of Tulane和 Brandeis University 從事博士后研究。2000年中科院“百人計劃”引進回國,之后一直在中國科學技術大學從事有機化學的教學和科研工作。 先后主持、參加973項目、國家基金委重點項目和面上項目多項。在J. Am. Chem.
